I wish to draw my readers attention to a wide spread but relativity unknown type of fraud Boiler Room Fraud as debated in Parliament yesterday.
The bid by the rubbish Speaker of the Commons to keep MPs expenses secret has failed in the courts with judges rulings that The expenditure of public money through the payment of MP's salaries and allowances is a matter of direct and reasonable interest to taxpayers.
Gordon the cowardly Prime Minister has been accused of giving the House of Commons Press Gallery speeches before the Commons itself.
The Chancellor yesterday had to make his tenth emergency tax statement to the Commons in his ten months in the jobthis was about the 10p tax bracket which was axed and his so called solution to compensate the lowest earners who lost out.
It seems that the elderly in England will not have to sell their homes go get care treatment that is free in Scotland but will have to take out insurance instead.
So the people of England pay the same taxes as the people of Scotland, pay the taxes to the same treasury as well, but their elderly do not have to sell their homes or take out insurance, but in England they will have to either sell their homes or take out insurance.
The difference is that in Scotland health is a devolved matter and is in the hands of the Scottish Parliament answerable to the Scottish people, whilst in England health is in the hands of the British Parliament with the Prime Minster answerable to the Scottish people.
So why cannot Gordon Brown give the people of England the same deal his people are getting?
The British Parliament is not looking after the interest of the people of England and an English Parliament is long overdue.
