A.  Any potential benefit of cinnamon is only for people with insulin resistance, typically found in type 2 diabetes. Also, the medicinal dose of fresh ground cinnamon is 1 to 6 grams per day. This is much more than you would eat in foods flavored with cinnamon. Read more...
