We are seeking an experienced Training Manager for our clients who operate a five star beach front hotel in the United Arab Emirates.
Ideally with at least two years in a similar role and a relevant degree or qualification, you are familiar with evaluating training needs and developing and designing bespoke training programmes in line with the needs of the hotel and its various departments.
This position impacts on the skills, knowledge and attitude of every hotel employ so you should therefore also be a consummate professional with a fine eye for detail and a good role model. On offer is an excellent ex-patriate package along with private accommodation, flights and medical insurance.
