  • Paulaner Thomasbrau (BTL) 2008-09-04
  • New Belgium Mothership Wit 2008-09-04 Yesterday Shaun, Robert, David R., Adam, Rachael, Kim, Nikki, and myself ate and drank at the Saucer last night. Last night was vote for your favorite canidate glass night. Glasses featured were the Barack Obama glass or John McCain. I choosed both, just for the damn glass. We arrived there at around 6:15pm and left around 9:15pm just in time to watch the Simpsons at 10:00pm. We all had a really great time out there. Everyone wants to get back together this weekend and party at Logan's Rock Bar. Seems as tho were gonna be partying on Saturday. Happy times! • Fasting for 5 Days

Tomorrow I plan on Fasting for 5 Days, my consumption will consist of water and chicken broth. Sounds delicious huh? I'm not doing this for religious reasons, but more for myself. I'm beginning to think that my body is polluted with soda, fast food, and beer. (Ha, beginning to think) Also I've been more tired than usual, I owe it to my consumption of Mountain Dew and Coca-Cola. So here I go. Starting tomorrow. Wish me luck. This is going to suck.

How many Programmers does it take to change a Light Bulb

I thought this was a funny programming joke, so I figured I'd post it. Ha. How many Programmers does it take to change a light bulb? None. It's a hardware problem.

    The ID Ten T Error

Our accountant sent this to me earlier today, I thought it was funny so I decided to post it here. For everyone one who has ever taken a tech call. I was having trouble with my computer. So I called Richard, the 11 year old next door whose bedroom looks like Mission Control, and asked him to come over. Richard clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem. As he was walking away, I called after him, 'So, what was wrong? He replied, 'It was an ID ten T error.' I didn't want to appear stupid, but nonetheless inquired, 'An, ID ten T error? What's that? In case I need to fix it again.' Richard grinned.... 'Haven't you ever heard of an ID ten T error before?' 'No,' I replied. 'Write it down,' he said, 'and I think you'll figure it out.' So I wrote down: I D 1 0 T ... I used to like the little shit.............

The Flying Saucer - Brews You've Tasted For Mid August

I had a really great time last night at The Saucer. Here are the beers I drank for the week.

  • Victory Golden Monkey 2008-08-14
  • De Block Satan Gold (BTL) 2008-08-14 Last evening they had a Commemorative Pink Elvis glass (to celebrate his death). The beer was a fusion...mixed with a strawberry and a light beer. Not too bad, but way too fruity for my taste. When we arrived the glass had already sold out. I tried buying a glass, but alot of people were sending them out to friends, saving them for family, and all that kinda stuff. Luckly at the table we were sitting a guy asked if I wanted his. I offered him 10 dollars, but he declined it saying he only needed one. So I just bought him a beer in return. I got another glass from the manager Javiar, it's slightly cracked but I think it gives it character. O'well. I will see about posting a picture of the Commemorative Elvis Glass later this evening.

  • Weather Underground Webite Update

If you are a user of the Weather Undergound or like many like to say Wunderground, you will notice that they have updated the website with a warmer look. From what I have noticed the website has a nice and cleaner look. The navigational pane on the left side of the website features your most recent cities, favorites, wunderphotos, and the wundermap (satellite). I also noticed that they toned it down on some of their advertisements, not all of them but some. Some other new features include, : Mobile, iPhone, Lite, and Desktop applications. I have used the iPhone interface and it's a great feature. Also take a look at WunderGround Lite or Wund.com it's basically a chopped down NO Advertisement based way to view the weather. Nice job Weather Underground! BTW: I pay a yearly subscription to Weather Underground, and I have a load of free Promotional promo codes. If you are interested let me know. It will give you a free 1 year trial to the site. Link: Weather Underground Free Gift Membership Promo Code
